Chests are the primary source of gear, materials, and rare items in TBH: Task Bar Hero. They drop from monsters, bosses, and as stage-clear rewards, scaling with both your character level and the difficulty setting. Understanding which chests drop what - and which ones are worth actively farming - separates efficient players from those wasting hours on outdated chest tables. This guide catalogs every chest in the game with verified drop data, including chests that are no longer obtainable so you don't waste time hunting for removed content.

Common Treasure Chests
Dropped by normal monsters across all stages. Chest tier scales with your character level. Level brackets ending in 0 or 5 are milestone chests. Some older chests are no longer obtainable (marked in red).

Chests scale with your character level. When you level up, you start receiving the next tier chest from monster drops. Obsolete chests cannot be obtained but existing ones in inventory remain usable.
Stage Treasure Chests
Dropped by Act final bosses (stage 10) and occasionally from elite stage (stage 5) clears. These Rare chests contain better loot than Common chests - higher rarity gear, more gold, and crafting materials.
